How to Return an Item
  • Self-Service Return:Prefer to handle it yourself? Simply start your return through link above and follow the instructions.
  • Get Help from Our Team:email us at service@yvettesports.com with your order number,the items you want to return,and the reason. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Items purchased during promotions of 40% OFF or more are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return request (except in cases of our error).


How to Mail Back an Online Return

1. Start a Return

Initiate your return through our return portal at the bottom of the website.
Enter your order number and email address, select your return reason, and submit the request.
Please wait for approval before sending your items back.


2. Return Label

Once your return is approved, you can download and print your return label from the return portal.
Attach the label securely to the original package.

A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.


3. Get Your Return Ready

Place new and unused items in the original package.
Please do not combine multiple orders into one package or split one order into multiple boxes, as this may cause processing delays of up to 14 business days.


4. Drop Off Your Package

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location listed on your return label.
Please keep your tracking information for reference.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.


To Qualify for a Return

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Clean, unworn, and free from odors or pet hair

Return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.


Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please retain your proof of postage for your records.


Extended Holiday Returns
Take advantage of our extended holiday return policy! Items purchased between  February 15, 2026 and February 25, 2026 can be returned until  March 30, 2026 providing you with added convenience and peace of mind this holiday season.
Please note that during busy periods, processing your refund may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience!

Can I Exchange an Item?
We do not currently offer exchanges.
